NetRNA

About NetRNA & the meeting

The meeting is organized also to thank Prof. Eric WESTHOF who initiated and coordinated the NetRNA labEx (Networks of regulatory RNAs across kingdoms in response to biotic and abiotic stresses) until recently. The NetRNA network gathers 11 teams from three different Research Units. The general objective of NetRNA was to promote RNA biology at Strasbourg University and advance knowledge on the functions of novel RNAs, their targets and mechanisms in a variety of pathogens and of organisms (plants, insects, and mammals). NetRNA focuses on regulatory RNAs, and their machineries that play a role in development, stress-related responses, immune responses, host-pathogen interactions, and in human diseases.
